About the Artist

Kayo Nomura

Kayo Nomura is a self-taught abstract painter based in Hyogo, Japan. With a background of living in California and in various regions, her work is inspired from understanding the diversity and university of human facets. She creates art by examining the story of people and the essence behind it. Being fully aware of the moment, Kayo observes dialogue between her surroundings, creating movement through ink and watercolors.
