私は抽象画家ですが、対話（言葉）も大切に取り扱いながら制作をしています。
その背景には、幼少期を海外で過ごした際に痛感した“言葉の壁”があります。当時、英語が喋れず孤独でしたが、同じような境遇にいた韓国人の同級生と、互いの母国語を喋りながらも意思疎通ができました。この原体験から「人は言語を超えて、心で繋がることができる」ことを実感しました。
逆説的ですが、だからこそ、私は対話にも重きを置いています。言葉の奥にあるエネルギーを感じ取ることで、「今」に内包されているすべての感覚を、世界共通言語である絵画に昇華させています。
自分との対話、他者との対話、社会との対話、自然との対話ー。対象はその時々で変わりますが、対話を通して「今この瞬間」に耳を傾けること、それが私にとって描く行為そのものです。

My root is in abstract painting, where I interpret my physical senses through kinetic perceptions, meditating into a deeper level of energy field.  I paint instinctively in milliseconds, illuminating the world of constant motion, captivating moment after moment by layers of watercolors and pigments.  By sensing the vibrations in my surroundings and engaging them in kinetic exchange, I transform them into colors, shapes, and spatial relationships, engaging the viewer to be aware of the present.
